Joseph Fields joined Dickstein Shapiro as counsel in January 2001. Although ranging across a number of disciplines, his practice focuses principally upon commercial litigation. Mr. Fields has a diverse litigation background representing financial, telecommunications, insurance, Internet, real estate, and other business clients in federal and state courts and in commercial arbitrations. In addition to his trial-level experience, he is a seasoned appellate practitioner. Over the course of his career, he has successfully litigated a number of insurance coverage matters, civil RICO cases, high-level exposure toxic tort matters, reinsurance disputes, serious construction collapse cases, commercial real estate development disputes, and telecommunications matters, among others.
