Jordana H. Feldman joined Dickstein Shapiro in April 2005 and is counsel in the firm’s Complex Dispute Resolution and Litigation Practices. Ms. Feldman’s practice involves alternative dispute resolution, with a focus on class actions and products liability. She represents clients in the litigation and resolution of complex disputes and in the design and implementation of large settlements. Her practice includes dispute and risk analysis, settlement of mass tort matters, litigation of complex commercial matters, advice on estimation of potential future liability, and implementation of major class action settlements. She also represents several pro bono clients on estate planning and other matters.
