Emanuel Faust, Jr. joined Dickstein Shapiro LLP in 1987 and became a partner with the Firm in 1992. Mr. Faust has been Co-Chair of the Firm’s Diversity Committee since its inception, and prior to that played an active role in the Firm’s diversity activities. He also is a current member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. His areas of practice include corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance, and general corporate advice.
