Jay Fastow is co-leader of Dickstein Shapiro’s Antitrust & Financial Services Practice. Mr. Fastow’s practice focuses on antitrust and financial services matters, including class action litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels. He has tried antitrust and financial services cases, served as a liaison counsel for defendants in multiparty antitrust and RICO actions, and argued appeals in numerous federal and state courts. Mr. Fastow is a member of the advisory board of BNA’s
Antitrust and Trade Regulation Report
and has been an adjunct faculty in consumer finance law.
