Alfred Fabricant is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice at Dickstein Shapiro LLP. Mr. Fabricant is an experienced trial lawyer and focuses his practice on patent, copyright, trademark, unfair competition, entertainment, and other commercial litigation matters. He brings to the Firm more than 25 years of litigation experience during which time he has served as lead trial counsel in numerous jury and non-jury cases in both federal and state courts located throughout the United States. He also has argued many appeals in the appellate courts, including the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
