Yasser El-Gamal is an Orange County-based partner in Dickstein Shapiro’s Intellectual Property Practice. His practice primarily focuses on patent litigation and prosecution, but also includes counseling clients on matters of strategic planning, freedom-to-operate, patent portfolio management, technology transfer and assessment, license agreements, patent and trademark infringement, and invalidity opinions.
