Jennifer Eck joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1995. She is senior counsel in the Corporate & Finance Practice. Ms. Eck has a general corporate and securities law practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, including representation of both private and publicly traded companies primarily in the manufacturing, government contracts, and energy industries. She also has represented clients in financing transactions, including borrowers, lenders, and equity investors in connection with senior and subordinated credit facilities and equity investments. Ms. Eck also regularly advises clients with regard to federal securities law and investment company regulation compliance and disclosure issues.
