Thomas D’Amico is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice of Dickstein Shapiro. Since 1974, Mr. D’Amico has concentrated in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright, and computer law, including litigation, licensing, and acquisition of rights. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and various federal and state courts.
