Shaun H. Crosner is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Coverage Group. He is the leader of the group’s Sports Insurance Practice and a member of the group’s Entertainment Insurance, Employment Insurance, and Insurance Broker Liability Practices. Mr. Crosner counsels individuals and corporate policyholders in pre-litigation disputes with their insurers, and he has an active insurance coverage litigation and arbitration practice.

Mr. Crosner has represented policyholders in a wide range of matters involving insurance coverage for advertising liabilities; bodily injury and wrongful death lawsuits; business interruption and extra expense losses; construction defect litigation; copyright infringement claims; defamation claims; disability benefits; employment-related discrimination and wage and hour lawsuits; entertainment industry and production liabilities; errors and omissions and professional malpractice; fires, floods, hurricanes, and other natural disaster losses; marine insurance claims, including stock and equipment losses; property damage claims; and rescission lawsuits. He has also represented commercial clients in lawsuits against insurance brokers and in general business litigation and contract disputes.
