James Carter is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro’s Insurance Coverage Practice. He advises manufacturers and other corporate policyholders on all aspects of insurance policies and claims. He has advised companies on coverage options under CGL, D&O, and first party property policies. He has also represented companies in the automotive, pulp and paper, glass, and other industries in insurance coverage litigation.

Mr. Carter is co-leader of the firm’s Products Liability Insurance Coverage Initiative and writes on insurance coverage issues. He also leads in-house educational programs on new developments in the insurance coverage arena.
