Daniel Archibald is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro’s Intellectual Property Practice, where he focuses on patent counseling and enforcement.

Mr. Archibald has considerable experience in litigation matters, including managing discovery as well as preparing motions and briefs. Mr. Archibald also has significant prosecution and opinion matter experience, having drafted and prosecuted patent applications and prepared opinions for a wide range of clients including Aptina Imaging Corp.; Chrysler Corp.; Hitachi, Ltd.; Micron Technology, Inc.; Ricoh Co., Ltd.; and numerous start-up companies.
