Dawn Rudenko Albert, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, focuses on patent, trademark, and copyright litigation. Her experience with respect to patent litigation includes a broad range of subjects and technical areas, including computer science, electrical, mechanical, chemical, and pharmaceutical fields. Ms. Albert’s practice also involves intellectual property due diligence in an M&A context, licensing in transactional and litigation contexts, and counseling clients in the protection, evaluation, and commercialization of their intellectual property. Moreover, she has experience litigating intellectual property actions regarding trade secrets, unfair competition, and antitrust claims. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Steering/eDiscovery and Quality Assurance Committees and has extensive experience in the area of ediscovery.
