Jean-Claire Perini concentrates her practice on a wide range of finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.
Jean-Claire previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, Jean-Claire served as a legal intern at an international energy distribution company and an intern at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
During law school, Jean-Claire served as a student works editor of the Villanova Law Review. She authored Don’t Get Burned: Why the DE-SPAC Transaction Must Be Excluded from the PSLRA’s Safe Harbor Provision for Forward-Looking Statements, 67. VILL. L. REV. 411 (2022).
Prior to law school, Jean-Claire was a public communications associate at an association representing regulated investment funds.

Jean-Claire enjoys volunteering at the local animal shelter, yoga, and spending time with her spouse.
